One unique thing about Sidekik.io is that you do not need a website to have your own AI Representative online. Our free Public Profile acts as an interactive microsite to provide simple yet powerful customer interactions.

Yes. Sidekik can communicate in multiple languages depending on your audience and preferences. We support all mainstream languages but we haven't fully tested Sidekik for all languages. Therefore, we do not advertise this as a core capability (yet).

Before sign up - You can contact our team using the Contact Us page After sign up - You can raise a support ticket by going to the sandwich menu (on top right corner of your dashboard) > Use the 'Platform Support' option. Any time - You can simply talk to our own Sidekik (yes, Sidekik's Sidekik) on our public profile sidekik.io/sidekik, or on our website.

Once you sign up to our Free plan and log into your dashboard, you will see the option to upgrade to a paid plan of choice

If your Sidekik subscription supports integrating a phone number, we have a built-in wizard to guide you on how to connect an existing phone number or get a new number from Twilio and connect it with Sidekik. We do not provide phone numbers at the moment as an embedded offering. You will pay to Twilio directly for your phone number usage, but Twilio rates are extremely competitive.

It's not complicated at all. You can simply divert your existing number to the phone number assigned to your AI Receptionist. You can do this as a long term setting, or only if you're unavailable, i.e. if unanswered within a few seconds.

We have made this very simple. Once you sign up, you can verify your phone number, and ask your AI Receptionist to transfer calls if certain conditions are met (e.g. the caller wants to talk to a real person, the AI Receptionist does not know the answer to a question, etc.). Based on this setting your AI Receptionist will automatically transfer the call to your verified number.
